Dedicated and ready to take on every day, Chris is man who has no issue with getting his hands dirty and putting in an honest day’s work. “The human body was not designed to sit at a desk for eight hours. We are designed to move and stay active and conditioned. Typing on a keyboard all day is not what I was built for. I have a lot of energy to burn, and my role here gives me the perfect outlet.”
Having been part of RIM for a short period of time only motivates me to excel in a shorter period of time. My aspirations are high and I know I will achieve them.

Dismantle & Reclamation is considered one of the most demanding jobs in this industry. The role involves several labor-intensive duties, including scouting the jobsite for hazardous materials, coordinating lifts with heavy machine operators, working in confined spaces, and hauling materials and equipment to each job site. Each RIM certified D&R crewman is trained and certified to work in compliance with safety procedures and possesses the official licenses to operate various equipment. D&R crewmen also take an active role in reclamation and sorting of various metals and recyclable materials.
