David’s hands-on role both off and on site stems from over two decades of related work experience. He is considered a “true general” to his crew. David believes that working harder doesn’t necessarily mean smarter: “You need to think before you act. It’s only hard if you choose to believe it is.” Armed with experience, a strong backbone, and a solid work ethic, David uses these attributes to enhance his crew’s efficiency, share knowledge to the new recruits, and build a solid crew dynamic that delivers results.
